The Petition
We, IBCAME ME, call on Black Americans, the nations of Africa, and all who stand for economic justice to join us in a historic mission to raise 10 billion dollars—equivalent to 1% of Black Americans Annual Spending Power 1.4 trillion dollars —to build Black businesses better, end systemic economic oppression, and achieve financial freedom. This mission will be powered by the IBCAME ME Token (IBME), a cryptocurrency symbolizing our collective strength, resilience, and commitment to economic empowerment.
The Vision: IBCAME ME Token (IBME)
The IBCAME ME Token (IBME) commemorates two of the most significant periods in Black American history:
- Juneteenth (June 19, 1865): The day Black Americans officially gained freedom and independence.
- Black Wall Street (May 31, 1921): The thriving Black economic hub in Tulsa, Oklahoma, symbolizing financial freedom and self-sufficiency before its tragic destruction.
The IBME Token represents our commitment to reclaiming economic power, building generational wealth, and creating a future where Black businesses thrive. It is a symbol of hope, unity, and resilience during this Black History Month and beyond.
Our Mission
We aim to:
- Raise $10 Billion: By mobilizing 1% of Black Americans’ annual spending power and securing investments from nations in Africa, allies, and supporters, we will fund the creation, expansion, and sustainability of Black-owned businesses.
- Adopt the IBME Token: Encourage Black Americans and allies worldwide to adopt the IBME Token as a symbol of unity and a tool for economic empowerment.
- Build Black Businesses Better (IBCAME ME): Invest in infrastructure, education, technology, and resources to ensure Black businesses are competitive, innovative, and sustainable.
Why This Matters
- Systemic Economic Oppression: For centuries, Black Americans have faced systemic barriers to economic equality. From the destruction of Black Wall Street to ongoing disparities in access to capital, the U.S. government and other institutions have played a role in stifling Black economic growth.

While we do not demand, we strongly encourage the U.S. government to be the first to invest in this initiative. Here’s why:
